Deposit € 10,00 per person / day

1) If a booking request is made and confirmed at the Dortmunder Hütte or the deposit is paid in accordance with 3) after receipt of the booking confirmation, an accommodation contract (for the sleeping accommodation and the selected meal) has been concluded. A legally binding contract is also concluded in the case of verbal bookings, in particular by telephone, unless the written form has been expressly agreed.

2) If the booking in accordance with point 1 is not utilized in part or in full, the following cancellation fees per night shall be due in the event of cancellation or non-arrival of the guest:

* Cancellation from 6 weeks before the start of the stay: € 10 per person and night
* Cancellation from 3 weeks before the start of the stay: € 20 per person per night
* Cancellation from 2 days before the start of the stay: € 25 per person and night

A possible replacement of the canceled booking by the landlady does not exempt from the cancellation fee. It is not possible to cancel a booking partially free of charge (e.g. canceling the half board). The above-mentioned deadline is calculated from the date of receipt of the guest’s written cancellation by the hut landlady.

3) A deposit of € 10 per night and sleeping place will be charged for bookings. In the event of withdrawal or no-show, cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit paid.

4) Cancellation free of charge is possible if it can be proven that access to the hut is not possible on both sides due to force majeure on the entire day of arrival and the following days (for bookings lasting several days). The hut warden must be informed immediately in writing in the event of such a withdrawal. Bad weather or booking situations at neighboring huts are no reason for a free cancellation.

5) All decisions regarding tours, routes, weather and avalanche situations etc. are the responsibility of the guest. Liability on the part of the hut managers for damage of any kind is excluded.
